There really is no worse feeling that knowing that you partner may be having a relationship with someone else. It can result in loss of concentration, stress, depression, mood swings and can certainly knock your confidence.

I am about to let you know how I caught my partner cheating but remember trust is a very important part of a relationship and can be ruined if your partner suspects you of spying on them, be careful and be warned.
